Wherever she was, Natascha McElhone’s ears must have been burning thanks to Kiefer Sutherland, who stars as her devoted husband and the inadvertent president of the United States in ABC’s much-anticipated new thriller “Designated Survivor.” “Aside from the way she can light up a room,” said Sutherland, singing her praises, “Natasha’s one of the freest actors I’ve ever worked with.
